JKBOSE Postpones Class 11 Annual Private/Bi-Annual Examination Scheduled for July 23, 2026

Srinagar/Jammu, July 22: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has postponed the Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual 2026 Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11) examination that was scheduled to be held on July 23, 2026.

According to an official notification issued by JKBOSE, the decision has been taken in the interest of stakeholders. The Board stated that the revised examination date will be notified separately.

However, JKBOSE clarified that the examinations of the Jammu & Kashmir State Open School (JK SOS) for Classes 10 and 12 will be conducted as per the already notified schedule and remain unaffected by this postponement.

The notification, issued under No. ACDCOD-1(GEN)/14/2026-01:7913772, is dated July 22, 2026, and has been signed by Dr. Parveen Singh, Director Academics, JKBOSE.

Students appearing for the postponed Class 11 Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual 2026 examination are advised to regularly visit the official JKBOSE website and stay updated through official notifications for the announcement of the revised examination date.
